Describing the task
You describe the task: who your customers are, what they need to do on the site and what takes up your time today. The estimate is free and commits you to nothing.

Quote and contract
The studio sends an itemised quote: what is included, the cost and the deadline. Work starts after the contract is signed and the advance payment is made.

Build and review
The site is built on a working address, and you can follow progress from your phone. The number of revision rounds is set in the quote.

Launch and handover
The studio connects the domain, shows how to work in the admin panel and leaves a short guide in your language.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope: a business card site, a site with a catalogue or booking, and a store with payments and content migration are different jobs. The timeline is given in the estimate and fixed in the contract. It counts from the day texts and photos are handed over — materials are what most often takes longest.
Who writes the texts and takes the photos?
By default you prepare the texts: nobody knows your business better. The studio provides the structure and the questions to answer, and edits the language. Writing and translating texts can be ordered as a separate line in the quote. Photos are yours too; until they are ready, the site shows placeholders describing the shot needed.
What does support cover?
Hosting, certificate, platform and security updates, backups and answers about the admin panel. Small changes — swapping a text, photo or price, adding a small section — are included. Larger work is quoted separately and in advance, not on the final invoice. Domain renewal is paid to the registrar unless the contract says otherwise.
