solanasite is a web design studio based in Narva that builds websites for small and medium businesses across Estonia. Every site runs on the studio’s own engine, with its own admin panel and versions in English, Estonian and Russian.
What the studio does
The core work is website development that brings in enquiries and takes routine off the owner’s plate: online booking, a catalogue, orders and payments right on the site. Around the site comes what it needs to work: marketing, visual identity and automation.

Who the websites are for

And especially businesses that serve Estonian-, Russian- and English-speaking customers at once: three language versions are built into the engine, not bolted on with a plugin.
How the studio’s websites are built
All sites run on one engine developed by the studio itself (Next.js and PostgreSQL). Security updates and new features reach every site at once instead of ageing along with a stack of plugins.
- Own admin panel: copy, prices, photos and services change without a developer, and the layout cannot be broken
- English, Estonian and Russian versions on separate URLs with hreflang and their own meta tags
- Online booking, catalogue, cart, Montonio payments, delivery to Omniva, DPD and SmartPosti parcel lockers

No lock-in
The domain is registered in the client’s name from day one. Copy, photos, products, orders and customer data are yours: the content can be exported as an archive from the admin panel at any time.
The engine stays with the studio and is provided for as long as maintenance runs. If you decide to leave, you take the archive and the domain with you — no penalties and no lengthy negotiations.

Do you only work with businesses in Narva?
No. The studio is based in Narva but works remotely with clients all over Estonia — all communication happens in writing and online.
Why your own engine instead of WordPress or a website builder?
An own engine can include what Estonian businesses need — three languages, local payment and parcel services, an honest cookie banner — without a pile of third-party plugins. And the admin panel can be kept simple enough that the layout cannot be broken.
What happens to the site if a client decides to leave?
The domain is in your name and the content is exported as an archive from the admin panel. The engine itself stays with the studio, so a new developer rebuilds the site from your data on their own platform.
Which languages can we communicate in?
English, Estonian or Russian — in writing, via the form or email.
Do you only build websites?
No: the studio also handles SEO, Google and social media advertising, logos and brand identity, and AI automation such as chatbots and enquiry processing.
