In Estonia DPD delivers both to DPD Pickup parcel lockers and by courier to the door. On the studio’s websites DPD locker selection is built in through Montonio Shipping, while DPD courier delivery is added as separate development.

What the shopper sees
The shopper chooses locker delivery, then DPD, and searches by street or shop. Matching points appear right away, and the chosen one becomes a card with its address. If the store also delivers on its own, address delivery at the price from the settings stays available alongside.
The selection is built for phones: search runs as you type, list rows are easy to tap, and the chosen locker does not take over the screen.
When DPD matters most
Stores that send many parcels outside Tallinn often choose DPD, as do those already shipping B2B parcels with DPD. Size and weight limits for lockers are set by DPD — check them against the product range before launch, especially for bulky goods.
If some products do not fit in a locker, address delivery or in-store pickup stays available for them. Delivery options are set in the admin panel, and shoppers see only the ones available.

Yes, but it is not built into the engine: the online store price covers only locker selection. A DPD courier integration is separate development within a project, with its own estimate in the contract.
Where are DPD labels printed?
In the Montonio dashboard: the shipment is created there and labels are printed, including in batches.
Is DPD worth adding if Omniva is already there?
Usually yes: shoppers have different nearest lockers. The second carrier is connected in the Montonio dashboard and appears on the site without extra work.
Does the site need changes if a direct DPD contract comes later?
No. The DPD contract is connected in the Montonio dashboard, and the site keeps getting the locker list from the same place.
Can returns go through DPD lockers?
DPD has its own returns solutions, set up on the DPD or Montonio side. The store’s returns page should spell out exactly how returns work.
