Terms of work

A short account of how the work is arranged. It does not replace the contract: the contract is signed before the start and holds the same rules, with your deadlines and your amounts.

What is sold

Building a website and running it afterwards: hosting, certificate, updates and support. The site runs on the studio's platform; you get your own admin panel and your own domain.

Cost and tax

Starting prices are shown on the service pages and on the Pricing page. The exact cost of the work and of monthly maintenance is worked out for the task and fixed in the quote and the contract. The studio is not VAT registered; if that changes, tax is added to the payments, and the contract says so in advance.

Order and deadlines

The quote and the deadline are fixed before the work starts. Work begins after the signature and the advance payment. The deadline counts from the day you hand over texts and photos — before that it does not depend on the studio.

Rights to the result

Texts, photos and data are yours. The domain is registered in your name. The content is exported as a single archive from the admin panel at any moment. The platform engine stays with the studio and is licensed to you for the duration of the maintenance service.

Support

Small changes — a text, a price, a photo, a small section — are inside the monthly fee. Larger work is quoted separately, and the studio says so before the work starts, not on the invoice.

If you decide to leave

The service ends on your email, with no explanations and no penalty. Before shutdown you take the content archive and move the domain. A paid but unworked month is refunded.

Law and disputes

The work runs under Estonian law. A dispute is settled in writing first. If you are a consumer, the complaint goes to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee), and then to court.

This is not legal advice: the page describes what actually happens on the studio's own site.
