Privacy policy
This is the studio's own page, not a client site. It says what happens to the data you leave here, and why nothing is counted before you agree.
Who processes the data
The solanasite studio that builds the sites. You can reach the studio by email; the address is in the footer of every page. There is no separate data protection officer: the processing is small and article 37 GDPR does not require one.
The request form
In the form you write your name, a phone number or an email and a description of the task. That data is needed for exactly one thing — to reply and discuss the work. The basis is your own request, that is steps before a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It goes to no mailing list and to no third party.
Visit statistics
The studio's own, with no Google Analytics and no third-party counters. What is recorded: the page address, where you came from, the language, the screen size and the device type. The IP address is stored anonymised. Before your “Accept” nothing at all is recorded — no events and no identifiers.
What is written to your browser
One record with your cookie decision — it lives six months. After consent an anonymous visitor number and a session number are added; they are tied to no name, email or phone number. Refusing, withdrawing consent or a browser signal saying “do not track” (Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control) erases all of it.
How long it is kept
Requests — while we are writing to each other and three years after that, which is how long claims live under Estonian law of obligations. Statistics — 14 months, after which only totals remain, without individual visits.
Your rights
Ask what data about you exists, get a copy of it, correct or delete it, withdraw your consent. Withdrawal takes one tap: the “Cookies” link in the footer brings the question back. If the answer does not satisfy you, the complaint goes to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
This is not legal advice: the page describes what actually happens on the studio's own site.
