Construction company website: projects, services and estimates

Clients do not hire a builder on the first click: they compare firms, look at completed projects and check credentials. A construction company website brings that evidence together in one place and turns interest into an estimate request that already contains the details needed.

What a construction company website includes

  • A before-and-after project gallery with scope and timing.
  • Separate pages for each type of work.
  • An estimate request form with fields suited to construction work.
  • Company details: registrations, responsible specialists, warranty terms.
  • Estonian, Russian and English versions.
  • Enquiries delivered to Telegram and email.

Before-and-after projects with scope and timing

Photos without context convince few people. Each project in the gallery is a page of its own: before and after photos, type of building, scope of work, timing and area. These fields are filled in through the admin panel, so a new project can be added in minutes right after handover.

From such a page, a client can see that the firm has handled work of a similar size, and search engines get text about real projects rather than just images.

Estimate requests with the right fields

An email asking “how much is a renovation?” almost always needs follow-up questions. So the request form gets the fields needed for a first assessment: type of work, type of property, floor area or volume, location, preferred timing and preferred contact method. The fields are configured during development to match the firm's specialisation.

The request arrives in Telegram and email at once, so the estimator has the key details before the first reply. All requests are visible in the admin panel with a status: new, in progress, done.

Services by type of work

Roofing, facades, interior finishing, foundations, design — each type of work has its own clients and its own search queries. That is why each line of work gets its own page: what is included, how the work is done, which projects have been completed. This structure helps both in search and in Google Ads campaigns targeted at a specific service. A page for a new type of work can be added later as the business grows.

Trust for B2B clients

Developers, property managers and apartment associations vet their contractors. For several activities — such as construction and design work that requires a building permit, or owner's supervision — a notice of economic activity must be submitted to the Register of Economic Activities (MTR) in Estonia, and in certain cases the competence of the responsible specialist is certified by a professional qualification.

The site shows these details openly: the MTR registration number, responsible specialists, contractual warranty terms and insurance, if any. All details come from the firm; the studio adds nothing of its own.

What the construction firm provides

  • A list of work types and the regions the firm covers.
  • Photos of completed projects with scope and timing details.
  • Registration details, information on specialists and warranty terms.
  • The questions the firm asks clients for a first estimate.

Logo and marketing

If the firm has no logo or brand identity, the studio designs them together with the website. After launch, Google Ads campaigns can run by type of work and region. The number of orders and search rankings are not guaranteed — results depend on the market, season and competition.

Pricing

The cost depends on the scope

Starting prices are shown on each service page and on the Pricing page. The exact cost depends on the scope — languages, sections, payments, booking — and is worked out for the task and fixed in the quote and the contract before work starts.

Describe the task

What the site has to do, who it is for and what takes up your time today. A reply comes within 24 hours — with clarifying questions or a preliminary estimate of cost and timing.

Quote and deadline in the contract

What is included, for how much and by when is fixed before the work starts. The price does not grow along the way: new large sections are priced separately and in advance, not on the invoice.

Monthly maintenance

Hosting, certificate, platform and security updates, backups and small edits — a separate monthly line in the quote. Domain renewal is paid to the registrar unless the contract says otherwise. If you decide to leave, you take the content as an archive and the domain, which is registered in your name.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many projects are needed to launch the gallery?

A few well-described projects are enough. The gallery grows in the admin panel as new work is handed over.

Can drawings and photos be attached to an estimate request?

In the standard form, the client describes the job and adds a link to the materials. File uploads through the form are custom development within the project.

Should the MTR registration number be on the website?

If the firm's activity requires an MTR notice, it is worth displaying the number: clients check it. The firm confirms which types of work require registration under TTJA rules.

Can project addresses be left out?

Yes. Usually only the town or district is given, and photos are chosen so the property cannot be identified without the owner's consent.

Does the site suit a small renovation crew?

Yes. The structure is the same, with fewer types of work. What matters most is the project gallery and a clear request form.

Who adds new projects after launch?

The firm itself, in the admin panel: photos and a description of scope and timing. Under a support contract, the studio can do it instead.
